By accessing sentinelecosystem.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. This website is an informational and institutional platform. It does not provide clinical advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
2. The Non-Clinical Mandate
Sentinel Ecosystem is an operational coordination layer. Nothing on this website or in our software constitutes medical advice. Our systems are constitutionally prohibited from crossing the boundary into clinical decision-making.
3. Intellectual Property
The Constitutional Book of Operational Infrastructure, the 7-Layer Stack, the 5 Core Primitives, the design system, and the source code of this website are the intellectual property of Sentinel Ecosystem. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from the Founder.
4. Institutional Briefings
Submission of a briefing request does not constitute a binding contract. Any subsequent engagement, deployment, or commercial arrangement will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the CMO Rule-Based Subordination protocols outlined in Article 38 of the Constitution.
5. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sentinel Ecosystem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
