Sentinel Ecosystem ("Sentinel", "we", "us", or "our") is an operational infrastructure layer. We are strictly committed to the Non-Clinical Air-Gap Doctrine. We do not collect, process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI), patient names, diagnoses, lab results, or vital signs. Our systems process only operational metadata: time, location, role, and task status. We are not a medical device, a covered entity, or a business associate under HIPAA.

2. Information We Collect

When you visit sentinelecosystem.com, we may collect basic telemetry data to ensure the security and performance of our edge infrastructure. This includes:

• IP address and geographic region (anonymized).
• Browser type and device information.
• Pages visited and time spent on the site.
• Referral sources.

If you submit a briefing request via our form, we collect your name, work email, institution, role, and the operational context you provide. This is used strictly for institutional engagement.

3. The Labor Shield (Staff Data)

For our hospital clients, we operate under the strict mandates of Article 36 (The Labor Shield). Sentinel does not store individual staff names in its operational ledger. We use institution-specific pseudonymous tokens. Accountability is mapped to functional roles (e.g., "HK Supervisor"), not to individuals. Client institutions are constitutionally forbidden from using our data for routine performance management or punitive discipline.

4. Data Sovereignty and GDPR/DPDP Compliance

We design our infrastructure to respect local data residency laws. Our deployment architecture allows for sovereign data storage within national borders. If you are visiting from the European Union (GDPR) or India (DPDP Act), you retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal contact information you have provided to us.
