The Bhaskara Forge
113 days of ground-truth operational research. The Founder embedded himself in the hospital's daily chaos, tracking the exact moments where digital intention failed to meet physical reality. He conducted the first 2-week manual pilot using WhatsApp and missed calls, collapsing the Bed Turnover Dead Zone from 150 minutes to 19.2 minutes.

The Rejection Phase
After Bhaskara, the Founder walked into several hospitals. He was rejected. The market was skeptical of a young outsider proposing an operational layer without an existing product. The thesis was sound, but the market required institutional proof.
The crucible that tested the Founder's resolve.
The Organic Breakthrough
Through a simple organic connection, the Founder met Ram Babu from the Operations department at Holistic Hospitals. What started as a conversation about patient discharge turned into a deep-dive audit. The brutal truth emerged: 1 HK Supervisor for 3 floors, 12-14 rooms per floor, and 80% of HK staff without phones.
The HK Head validated the problem after 25 years in healthcare.
The COO's Mandate
The Founder presented a high-fidelity operational demo (live dashboard, 3D map, and workflow logic) to the COO. The COO immediately accepted the thesis and said: 'Start developing and start from tomorrow.' He explicitly mandated the creation of an exclusive Sentinel App, moving beyond Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
